Bar OsoRestaurant
Bar Oso serves Spanish tapas and house-made charcuterie at 150-4222 Village Square from 4:30 pm daily. Order the croquetas and the gambas al ajillo, and finish on churros. It takes reservations and walk-ins.
PurebreadBakery
The Village branch at 122-4338 Main Street opens daily from 8 am to 5 pm, and its door faces Olympic Plaza and the Village Stroll. The flourless bakes are not certified gluten free.

Things to do in Whistler Village
The Resort Municipality of Whistler acknowledges that it stands on the shared, unceded territory of the Líl̓wat Nation and the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation). Start a first visit at the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre at 4584 Blackcomb Way. Whistler Blackcomb has set 20 November 2026 as its target for opening day if conditions allow.
Araxi and Bar Oso sit side by side on Village Square. Araxi at number 4222 serves dinner from 5 pm on weekdays and from 4:30 pm at weekends, and its $45 four-course menu ran daily in late October 2026. Bar Oso next door opens every day at 4:30 pm for Spanish small plates. Its menu runs to jamón ibérico de bellota and an octopus done Jorge style, and DJs play late on Friday and Saturday. For breakfast, Purebread on Main Street opens at 8 am with bread, pies and cakes from a bakery that began as a stall at the Whistler Farmers' Market.
Coaches pull into the Gateway Loop beside the Whistler Visitor Centre, and the Village hotels are a walk from there. Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside stands on Skier's Plaza with a kitchen in every suite. Pangea Pod Hotel on Sunrise Alley rents adults a pod of their own inside a shared suite and runs a bar on its roof.
