Coast Lonsdale Quay Hotel
$220 a night
Coast Hotels reopened the old Lonsdale Quay Hotel under its own name on 3 September 2025 after a renovation. It has 70 air-conditioned rooms and suites. Rooms come with two queens or a king, and some have a full or partial ocean-view patio. The hotel also has two suites. Every room has a microwave and a mini-fridge. Accessible rooms are available.
The market below holds more than 60 locally owned businesses, so breakfast can be a coffee from Shipyards Coffee and a loaf from Cobs Bread. Strathcona Beer Co. pours in the same building, and the Polygon Gallery is next door at 101 Carrie Cates Court. The SeaBus terminal sits beside the hotel, and the last boat to Waterfront leaves at 1:00 am Monday to Saturday.
Guests self-park in EasyPark lot #304B on site and get in-and-out privileges, and the height limit is 1.98 metres. Pay at the terminals in the parkade or in the parking app with zone 10986 for the overnight guest rate. Spaces are limited, and EasyPark sets and changes the price. The hotel has a fitness centre and coin laundry for longer stays.
