A chandelier of blue orbs by the lighting design company Bocci hangs in the lobby, and two of Fred Herzog's Kodachrome photographs of 1950s to 1970s Vancouver sit behind the front desk. Vancouver City Centre station on the Canada Line is about 700 metres away in a straight line on OpenStreetMap, and Jim Deva Plaza in Davie Village is closer still. The hotel's own Instagram points guests to the Stanley Park seawall on its free cruiser bikes.
