A couple born and raised in North Vancouver own Copperpenny, and they run a full-service cocktail lounge at the distillery in the Shipyards Brewery District. Tasting flights come to the table, and guided tastings for up to 20 people happen at the tasting bar or in the barrel cellar. Chef Michael Tiefenboeck cooks seasonal BC food to go with the drinks. Bottle shop members get $10 off a bottle.
