From 7 November 2026 to 27 March 2027, the Riley Park Winter Farmers Market fills the corner of 30th Avenue and Ontario Street every Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. More than 85 farms and producers sell there beside food and coffee trucks, and the market takes 26 December and 2 January off. Ride the #3 Main bus or the Canada Line to King Edward station. Drivers should use the gravel lot, because the Hillcrest Community Centre lots are for centre patrons.
The north end of Main meets the Expo Line at Main Street–Science World station on Terminal Avenue, and Science World and Pacific Central Station sit on either side of it. Under Broadway, the Millennium Line extension adds a Mount Pleasant station when it opens, and that opening is scheduled for late 2027. Until then the 9 and the 99 B-Line carry Broadway across Main.
