Kelli Sherbinin and Darren Butler founded Endless Biking in 2004 after racing professionally in the late 1990s. The pair went on to co-found the Professional Mountain Bike Instructors Association and later the Global Syndicate of Mountain Bike Coaches. Their shop at 1467 Crown Street in Lower Lynn sits just north of the Second Narrows bridge and has free customer parking out front. Bus 210 from downtown Vancouver stops by the shop and carries on toward Mount Fromme.
The North Shore Sampler is the intermediate tour. It costs from $335 for one rider and $75 for each extra, and it mixes rooty climbs and rock gardens with flowy descents and wooden bridges on blue trails. Enduro Classics takes experienced riders onto technical blue and black trails for the same price. Gravity Shuttles leave from the shop for $500 and up, and the price includes the van and driver. Casual riders can book a gravel or scenic tour through old-growth forest by the Seymour River from $325.
The rental fleet runs to Kona Process and Hei Hei full-suspension bikes and eMTBs from Norco and Rocky Mountain, all set up tubeless. Book at least four hours ahead and sign the waiver before you arrive. Full-suspension and electric bikes need a $2,000 hold on a Visa or Mastercard. Endless runs the front brake on the left, and swapping it costs $35.
Endless stays open all year. From November to April the shop opens Monday and Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and weekends from 9 am to 5 pm, and it closes Tuesday to Thursday and on statutory holidays.
Worth knowing
- A shuttle add-on from $125 saves your legs for the descents on a trail tour.
- Rent a POC helmet for $10 a day or a full face for $20 if you travel without one.
- A Ride Pass covers several rentals across the whole fleet at a lower rate than booking each day.
