Tourism Squamish calls Credit Line one of the most popular trails in the Alice Lake area and lists it at 1.9 km and 15 to 25 minutes. Expect rock rollers and off-camber lines before the trail eases into flowy, gradual ground at the finish. A viewpoint waits at the halfway point.
OpenStreetMap places the north end of Credit Line inside Alice Lake Provincial Park beside Mike's Loop. BC Parks allows mountain biking on certain trails and park roads there and maintains the trails with SORCA (the Squamish Off-Road Cycling Association). Inside the park, e-bikes may use signed or designated trails only. Tourism Squamish says most trails in the Alice Lake and Highlands zone are hand built.
Worth knowing
- Lock your bike when you stop at the lake. BC Parks warned of bike thefts in Alice Lake Park in May 2025.
- Vancouver Coastal Health issued a blue-green algae advisory for Alice Lake on 3 September 2026, so check BC Parks' advisories before a post-ride swim.
- Dogs must stay on a leash at all times in Alice Lake Park (BC Parks).
