East Van Jam
FoodJam, Preserves
East Van Jam suits a cook who wants a jar of BC fruit with far less sugar than the supermarket kind, and it turns up in shops from Main Street to Whistler. Natalie Ferrari-Morton runs no café or shop of her own, so you buy it through stockists and markets.

Natalie Ferrari-Morton founded East Van Jam in 2013, and her spreads take their cue from the characters who make East Vancouver what it is. The spreads use BC produce and a fraction of the usual sugar, so there is more fruit in every jar. She buys from BC family farms such as Bergen Farms.
Grocers and gift shops across the Lower Mainland carry the jars, from Welk's General Store on Main Street to Ecologyst and Picnic in Whistler. Got Craft lists East Van Jam for the first weekend of its 2026 Holiday Market.
Worth knowing
- Check the retailers page before a Sea to Sky trip, since shops in Squamish and Whistler stock the jars too.
