Crankworx Whistler

Crankworx Whistler fills the Whistler Mountain Bike Park and the village with ten days of mountain bike racing each summer, and it suits riders and fans who can live with crowds and trail closures in the bike park. The 2026 festival ran from 24 July to 2 August, and the 2027 festival runs from 16 to 25 July.

The 2026 festival ran the Canadian Open Enduro across the valley and the bike park on 26 July and the Specialized Canadian Open DH on the 1199 trail. Whip-Off World took over the Boneyard on 31 July, and the Rhapsody Slopestyle and the Crabapple Hits World Championships closed the festival on 2 August. Deep Summer and Dirt Diaries screened live in Olympic Plaza, and Kidsworx ran races and skills events for young riders.
Whistler Blackcomb warned riders to expect daily trail closures and delayed access in parts of the bike park during the festival. Lot 8 closed for the whole event in 2026. Downhill spectators parked free at the Creekside parkade, and free shuttles ran between Legends Hotel and Timing Flats on 30 and 31 July.
