The Shred Shuttle hauls riders in 14-seat vans with bike racks and the custom trailers it calls huckwagons. The Diamond Head run climbs about 900 metres to the Meadow of the Grizzly and 19th Hole trailheads, and the ride up from the Pseudo Tsuga lot takes 20 to 25 minutes. Vans leave that lot on the hour from 10 am to 4 pm, and every half hour when both are running. The 2026 season opened on 18 April and ran Thursday to Sunday through the summer from 25 June. By fall it was down to weekends, and it closed in mid-October.
A single lap from the Pseudo Tsuga lot costs $20 with tax included. The shuttle suggests booking every other hour unless you know the trails, since a run down from the top through Half Nelson and Pseudo Tsuga takes about an hour and a quarter. In-town pickups cost $22 to $25 and leave once each morning, from Shred Van HQ on Pemberton Avenue at 9 am and from Dialed In Cycling near Alice Lake at 9:15. Ride Hub in Garibaldi Estates follows at 9:30 am. From 25 June a $75 day pass put two or three vans on the hill for advanced riders.
In winter the company runs a reserved-seat bus from Squamish to Whistler on weekends and holidays. The schedule still posted in October 2026 sends it from the Shoppers Drug Mart shelter on Pemberton Avenue at 6:30 am, with three more pickups on the way north to Brackendale. It starts home from the Village Gateway Loop at 4:30 pm on weekends. On that 2024/25 schedule a round trip cost $30 plus GST and a 10-ride pack $280 plus GST, and the bus stops only where someone holds a reservation. The booking calendar had no 2026/27 ski bus dates on 16 October 2026.
Worth knowing
- Reserve every seat online, because the drivers skip any pickup without a booking.
- E-bikes ride the racks at the owner's risk, and you help load your own.
- Riders who want to give back can donate to the Squamish Off-Road Cycling Association through a link on the shuttle's site.
